Do I need a prescription?

Using a prescription with New Generic Pharmacy is Optional. We believe in freedom of choice, if you need prescription meds and don’t have a valid prescription, you don’t have to wait long to have it.

Do you need a copy of my prescription?

If you are picking up your prescription at a local pharmacy, you will need to provide your doctor’s prescription to the pharmacy. Even though we don’t need to see a copy of your prescription, your pharmacy will still need a valid prescription either as an e-prescription or as a paper prescription. We can arrange to have your prescription transferred at no charge. If you’ve selected your medication to be delivered to your home, we will help transfer your prescription at no charge.

How do I find the Price for my medication?

Navigate to NewGenericPharmacy.com and use the navigation menu at the header to find the shop. Check the catalog and select your medication name. Then, choose the form, strength and quantity you were prescribed from the drop-downs. Select the way you want to get your medication-free delivery or free pickup. The Price you see is the total price you pay. If you can’t find your medication formulation, try entering a custom quantity or contact us

I can't find my medication.

If you can’t find your medication formulation, try searching again and double-checking on the shop page. You can also enter a custom quantity. If you believe there is a medication name, form, strength or quantity missing from NewGenericPharmacy.com, please email [email protected], visit the contact us page and send a message or use the Live Chat.

Do you cover brand medications?

Yes. We cover brand medications when there is no generic version of the medication available. If there is a generic alternative, We only offer pricings for the generic version.

Why is my brand medication more expensive?

We are a young company and we started by negotiating the lowest possible prices for generic medications. We will be negotiating prices for brand medications shortly, so please continue to check back.

What should I do if I received the wrong medication?

Your medication follows an extensive prescription safety screening and quality assurance review process before it is approved for shipment by a licensed pharmacist.

If what you received does not match the prescription from your doctor, please call us at 1 (716) 218 – 0186, Email or use the Live Chat and ask to speak with customer service. Your health is our #1 priority and we will make sure you get the right medication as soon as possible.

How do I open and close my Rx bottle?

To open your medication for the first time, push down on the safety cap with your palm and twist to the left. To close your medication using the safety feature, put the cap back on (instruction side up) and twist to the right. If you don’t need the child-resistant feature, simply flip the reversible cap upside down and pop in and out to open and close more easily.

Can I have a safety cap shipped for my delivery order?

All home delivery orders are shipped with a reversible bottle cap. To use the safety cap, simply turn the cap upside down.

How long will it take to receive my medication?

After you place your order, we will arrange to retrieve your doctor’s prescription from your doctor or pharmacy. Some prescriptions may be delayed or require action on your part.

Once we receive your prescription, your order will be shipped for free via USPS First Class shipping. You’ll also receive a tracking number by email. Please note that some deliveries could be delayed for a variety of factors.

How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order in My Account, under the ‘footer menu’. You can see the latest status, along with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Is mail order a safe way to get my medications?

Yes. Medications dispensed through Our Free Home Delivery are the same pills or medications you pick up at your local pharmacies and a doctor’s prescription is optional. These prescription drugs will be shipped by a licensed and accredited US-based pharmacy partner that meets or exceeds the strict quality and safety requirements established by the FDA. With Our Free Home Delivery, your medication will be shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. If your medication requires refrigeration, we’ll send the medication in temperature-safe packaging. We’ll also provide a tracking number via email once your medication has been shipped so you can monitor the location and delivery date of your package.

How do I cancel an order?

Go to My Account and click “Cancel Order” next to your medication. You will receive an email confirmation and your payment method will be refunded in 3–5 business days.

How do I get a refund?

New Generic Pharmacy has two different refund policies: one for pickup orders and one for free home delivery orders. For pickup orders, purchases are 100% refundable until the medication is filled at the pharmacy. Go to My Account. Click on the medication you wish to cancel within the Your Medications tab and select “Cancel Order.” You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and your payment method will be refunded within 5 business days. 

How long will my refund take?

New Generic Pharmacy processes cancellations immediately. It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.

What payment methods does NGP accept?

We accept payment from “Cryptocurrency, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, Apple Pay”

 

When will I get my medication?

Our pharmacy team automatically ships your medication based on your individual refill schedule. No need to worry about timing your orders for every refill. Your medication will arrive before you run out of your current supply.

Who dispenses, fills and delivers my medication?

New Generic Pharmacy (NGP) works with a licensed, US-based independent pharmacy partner that dispenses, fills and delivers your medication. All medication is FDA-approved.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your address anytime from your account under Addresses.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
